What We Do
Before Ordering
We encourage all customers with food allergies or intolerances to inform us before placing an order. Our team can provide detailed ingredient information for any dish on our menu and suggest suitable alternatives where possible.
During Preparation
Our kitchen staff follow strict procedures to minimise cross-contamination risks. We use separate utensils and preparation areas where possible. All allergen requests are clearly communicated to our chefs during food preparation.
Common Allergens in Our Dishes
Many of our Indian dishes commonly contain milk (ghee, cream, yoghurt), tree nuts (cashews, almonds), cereals containing gluten (wheat-based naan, chapati), sesame, and mustard. Spice blends may also contain traces of multiple allergens.
