Refund policy

At Spicy Delish, we want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it by contacting us immediately
  • Once your food is being prepared, we cannot cancel or refund your order

Refunds

We will offer a full or partial refund if:

  • Your order was not delivered
  • Your order arrived with missing items
  • Your food arrived cold, damaged, or inedible
  • You received the wrong items

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue
  3. Include photos if possible (e.g. wrong item, damaged packaging)

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

What We Cannot Refund

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after food is prepared
  • Incorrect address provided by you
  • You were unavailable to receive delivery
  • Minor taste preferences (e.g. "not spicy enough")
  • Orders consumed before reporting an issue

Quality Issues

If you're unhappy with the quality of your food, please let us know. We take feedback seriously and may offer:

  • A replacement item on your next order
  • A discount code for future orders
  • A partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Catering Cancellations

For catering orders:

  • Cancellations 7+ days before the event – full refund (minus any deposit)
  • Cancellations 3–7 days before – 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 3 days before – no refund

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
