Placing an Order
- All orders are subject to availability
- You must provide accurate delivery details
- You must be 18 or over to place an order (or have parental consent)
- By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate
Delivery
- We deliver within the Nottingham area (postcode-based zones)
- Estimated delivery time is 30–45 minutes, but may vary during busy periods
- Delivery charges apply based on your distance from our kitchen
- FREE delivery on orders over £29
- You must be available to receive your order at the specified address
- If you are unavailable and we cannot deliver, no refund will be provided

Prices and Payment

- Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown
- Payment is taken at the time of order

Allergens and Dietary Information
- Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs
- We cannot guarantee any dish is 100% allergen-free due to cross-contamination risks

Catering Services
- Catering orders require advance booking
